Kiaora!

My name is Jeremy (he/him). I’m a 35 yo who’s just moved over from Wellington, New Zealand to begin my 2 year working holiday here in Van-land.

I’ve arrived to a wonderful collective house situation in East Van and my sublet is coming to a close so am now looking for a place to call home for (atleast) the next 6 months.

I’ve lived in multiple communal and semi-communal homes and appreciate the more family/homely atmosphere. I’ve also live in my own apartment back and Wellington and consider myself reliable and independent. I like to keep things fairly clean and organized. Enjoy cooking. A good chat. And a relaxed atmosphere.

After finishing Uni in 2023 I’ve worked as a musician in Wellington - mainly gigging and teaching. As well as occasional manual/handy work for friends and family. Asides from music, I love to cook, get outside for little adventures, read and bust out the odd sub-par dance move when I’m in the mood!

• Diet: All encompassing, no requirements - though respectful of others needs!
• Rental time frame: 6 months + from now
• Schedule: Fairly regular - Day = do. Night = zzz, unless there’s a good gig on or what not
• Temperament: Friendly, open, equal parts active / relaxed
