I’m a non-smoker with no pets (but love animals!), a government job, and no financial concerns. I typically do just about everything through headphones, so things will generally be nice and quiet! I clean up after myself and respect mutual space. I don’t care what your gender is, all I ask for is mutual respect and kindness, which I will happily reciprocate in spades😁 I’m a fun hang when the situation calls for it, but I will always prioritize respect and peace over anything else
