Shresth

I’m Shresth, though most people call me Shray. I recently graduated from UBC’s Sauder School of Business and I’m relocating to Toronto for a September 1st start.

As a tenant, I’m quiet, tidy, and easy to reach. I’ve rented in Vancouver for the past few years and have references from previous landlords I’m glad to share. Outside the apartment I’m usually at the gym, DJing, or working on my podcast, so I keep a low-key household and I’m respectful about noise and shared spaces.

I’m the kind of tenant who communicates early if something needs fixing rather than letting it sit, and I take care of a place like it’s my own. Happy to answer anything else that would be helpful.
