Hey! I’m 24, working full-time in sales/marketing around Mississauga & Toronto. I’m looking for a room in a modern condo near Square One (ideally EX Condos) or a chill roommate to team up and lease a spacious big 2-bedroom (BSMT OR APT) together.

Why I’m a Great Roommate:

Finances: Very reliable with rent and utilities—always paid on time without exception. A few side hustles on top of my full time job.

Vibe: Friendly, respectful of personal boundaries, and easy to communicate with.

Upkeep: Big on keeping shared areas clean. I treat the unit like a home, not a hotel room. I pickup after myself and don’t really care what you do lol.

Social: Happy to hang out, share a meal, or watch UFC/sports, but also completely respect quiet personal time. I’m more of a PC gamer myself (Valorant/League of Legends) When I am not working, I am likely gaming.

I have a vehicle as well so I need 1 parking!
