I’m looking for a 2-bedroom place in Sherwood Park and hoping to find another female roommate, preferably 26–35years old, to split the costs with. Maybe an upper lever suit or basement suit of sorts

Budget: around $800 each per month, ideally including or with reasonable utilities and 1year lease agreement with option to renew.

A little about me: I’m clean, quiet, responsible, and respectful. I don’t smoke or drink, and I’m not a partier. I work mostly evenings, so I’m usually out of the house during those hours. I’m looking for a peaceful, comfortable home and someone who feels the same way.
