3 folks sharing a full 4 bedroom house. Looking to rent out an upstairs room. 1200. Room is large. Only 1 other person upstairs. Kitchen is fully stocked. Room is furnished. 4 cats in house, 1 upstairs (woman). 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, d/w, w/d. Next to major bus lines to UVic, Camosun, and hospitals. Access to full house. Gorgeous yard with lots of hosting space, BBQ, outdoor projector. We are queer, neurodivergent, and really chill. Wanting someone similar to make this a safe and accessible space for all if us :)
