Hey there,
I am a grad researcher at UWaterloo, am looking for a clean, well-maintained and quiet place to live for the next 8 months to 1 year. I do learn a small percussion instrument (not very loud, but can always accommodate my schedule). I am looking for a place with an en-suite bathroom, and am generally focused on my work/research; but would love to learn more about my flat-mates also.
