Hey everyone,

My name is Jessica and I am 44 years old, I am currently a student and a registered apprentice, in my 1st year of Welding. I have a rescued, neutered 3-year-old male, American pitbull/ Staph mix. He is super friendly, he’s never shown aggression toward people, just needs space from other animals and isn’t tested around kids. He MUST be the only animal in the house.

Ideally, I am seeking out a female roommate. I am not opposed to a male, but it definitely needs to be a good fit. I am a very quiet person who doesn’t have a lot of people over and am also seeking someone who respects privacy. I don’t do drugs, and I very seldom drink. I am into tattoo’s and do my own, on myself.

I do have my own furniture for my bedroom and can also furnish the living room if needed. I also have my own kitchen items as well. Because I work in Trades, I am looking for areas that are accessible via transit as I am not currently driving, and I won’t need access to a parking spot.

I am easy to get along with, I value honesty and trust above anything, and I am easy to talk to. I don’t mind socializing, but I do tend to stick to myself a lot and ask that you respect my need to be alone.
