My perfect situation: A lady that needs a man in her home that would subsidize her income and maintain the home properly. Of course it would be a platonic relationship. Friends. A husband without the physical intimacy. With the current situation in our country, there must be ladies out there who are now alone and terrified of losing their independence due to the rising cost of living. I bring to the table years of work experience maintaining my own homes. I’ve worked in construction, engine mechanics and my currently focused specialty; electronics. I have a couple diplomas/degrees and do electronics work on the side and have a growing clientele. I have a large protective hyper dog, who is a beauty, but if needed; could easily find another home for him. If he joins me, consider free property and personal security since he tends to act as a secret service agent for those he cares for. I smoke cigs and the odd joint, yet rarely drink alcohol. Actually I forget what booze tastes like. To say I’m clean and quiet is a waste of typing. I make a mess but clean it up. I make noise during appropriate hours and adjust easily if its bothersome. I’m currently in a 1 bedroom apt, so there will be a need for some type of space/storage. I work from home so I would be present most times. I’m social when required but prefer privacy. I’ve also played musical instruments most of my life as a hobby and am currently playing folk guitar. This is starting to sound like a dating profile so I’ll end it here.
