Respect for others’ space and belongings is important to me - I expect that in return. I clean up after myself and, as long as my roommates do their part, we keep our living space clean. I have a lot of handyman experience and am extremely tech savvy. One of my hobbies is electronics repair (my specialty being computers and video game consoles). When I’m at home I’m either, reading, tinkering, playing games or watching a movie (headphones on if others are home). I make an effort to stay humble and give others the benefit of the doubt before making judgements - good communication goes a long way. I have an ACMPR license for medical cannabis but I do not smoke indoors (can’t stand the lingering smell of smoke to be honest).
