I work full-time as an electrician and live a pretty active, healthy lifestyle. I’m at the gym about 5 days a week and do martial arts twice a week, so I’m usually pretty busy and out of the house.

I’m looking to share with one other person only. I’m a clean, respectful, and responsible person and would like to find someone with a similar mindset. Keeping the kitchen and bathroom clean is important to me, and I’m hoping to find a roommate who appreciates having a clean and comfortable living space. I also shower at the gym or after martial arts fairly often, so I’m not constantly using the bathroom at home.

I have an 7-year-old son who stays with me every other weekend, usually Friday through Sunday. He’s a great kid, and we enjoy watching movies and playing video games together.

I don’t smoke, drink, or use drugs, and I don’t have any pets. I meal prep regularly, so I’d ideally need some reasonable fridge space, although I’d also be open to getting a small fridge of my own if needed.

A garage spot for my summer car would be a nice bonus, but it’s definitely not a deal breaker since I currently rent a storage unit for it.

Overall, I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and comfortable place to call home with one roommate who is easygoing, considerate, and respectful of each other’s space.
