Mareike

My name is Mareike, I am 25 years old and I am going to study at the University of Calgary for the fall term (September-December). I am a visiting student from Hamburg, Germany and I am studying a liberal arts & sciences program back home while also working as a journalist newsroom assistant. Having lived in several shared houses and flats before I would call myself a responsible renter and roommate in terms paying rent, respecting the house rules as well as the other tenants spaces and needs. Still I think it’s fun to become friends over the time of living together :) Cleanliness and responsible behavior towards the home are essential in order for me to feel comfortable.

I am looking forward to getting to know Calgary, the University and the Rockies, but haven’t got a place to stay yet.
