I’m a mature, full-time student working multiple jobs, looking for a respectful, peaceful, and clean living space. Between my study schedule and work hours, I’m typically out of the house for a good portion of the day, so you can count on having time alone at home. When I am home, I’m an easy-going introvert and homebody who enjoys a quiet, cozy environment.

I have experience with sharing spaces, I am completely financially reliable, and I like to keep shared spaces tidy. I’m also a great cook, a thoughtful housemate who knows how to give people space, and a huge animal lover. (I would welcome animals in the home and do not currently have any pets of my own.)

I value direct, mature communication and would appreciate a discussion around general household expectations to make sure we are a great fit. I’m looking for a calm, balanced atmosphere rather than a party house. At the same time, I respect autonomy and have zero interest in policing anyone in their own home.

I am looking for other women in their late 20s, 30s, and 40s. I am interested in Osborne Village area, South Osborne, Corydon, Wolseley, and certain parts of West Broadway. Also open to Elmwood, East Kildonan, and St. Boniface. I would be able to afford $900 a month in rent and utilities and do not require a parking space. Moving between November to February would be an ideal timeline for me! I am flexible about this for the right place and right person.
