Hi! I’m Emely, 26, from Germany and currently in Canada on a Working Holiday visa. I recently arrived in BC and I’m now looking to settle in Vancouver for the longer term. I’m currently in the process of finding a permanent job in Vancouver and already have several promising opportunities and interviews lined up. My professional background is in mechanical engineering, CAD and 3D printing, and I’m also a certified BODYPUMP instructor. I’m therefore looking for both technical roles as well as part-time opportunities while getting established here. Financially, I have sufficient savings to comfortably cover my living expenses while transitioning into employment, and I expect to have a regular monthly income once settled into my new role. As a roommate, I’m clean, reliable and respectful. I’m social and always happy to have a chat or do something together, but I also enjoy having my own space and respect other people’s privacy. I’m very active and spend a lot of my free time at the gym, running, exploring Vancouver or being outdoors. I’d love to find a friendly, relaxed home with people who are respectful and enjoy living together rather than simply sharing an apartment. 😊
