✈️ YVR-based pilot looking for a part-time home

I’m a pilot based at YVR, but I live in Edmonton, so I’m looking for a room in Vancouver for the nights I’m working.

My schedule varies — some months I’ll only need the room for 3–5 days, while other months it could be closer to 15 days. I’m looking for a longer-term arrangement, with rent paid reliably every month, even when I’m barely there.

Basically, you get the benefits of a roommate without having to actually see much of me.

A bit about me: • Clean, quiet, respectful, and easygoing • I’m usually working, eating at the grocery store, and sleeping • No parties and I’m not looking to host people • I take good care of the place I’m staying • My schedule means I’m often gone early, late, or for several days at a time • Rent is always paid on time

I currently have a room in Richmond, but my roommate smokes inside. I’ve decided I’ve spent enough time smelling like an ashtray after doing absolutely nothing to deserve it. So I’m looking for somewhere smoke-free.

I’m also allergic to cats and shedding dogs, so I’m ideally looking for a pet-free home.

Location: Ideally somewhere with a quick Uber to YVR, or close to the Canada Line.
