Hey, I’m Ricky. I’m studying Music Industry Arts at Fanshawe and I also make music as an independent artist/producer.

I’m pretty chill, clean, and respectful. Most of my time goes into school, music, the gym, and working on my own projects. I’m social but I also really value personal space, so I’m looking for a home that feels relaxed and drama-free.

I don’t drive, so I’m mainly looking for somewhere close to Fanshawe or with an easy bus route. My budget is under $1,000/month, and a private bathroom would be a big plus.

Ideally looking for roommates who are clean, responsible, easy to communicate with, and respectful of each other’s space.
