I am a professional engineer who will be starting a job in downtown Vancouver in September. I have a dog but he will be in Squamish most of the time. I intend to be in the city Monday am to Thursday or Friday pm and spend weekends in Squamish. Long term it would be great to find a situation where my dog could come to be with me but my priority is to get settled into my job and find a convenient living situation for work. I have done shared accommodation quite a lot through life. I am quite active, tidy up after myself, respect shared spaces. I enjoy cooking, tend not to make much noise.
