🏠 Looking for a Roommate — Kitchener/Waterloo

I’m looking for someone who would be interested in getting a 2-bedroom apartment together in the Kitchener/Waterloo area, preferably around King St W / Union Blvd / Belmont Ave or somewhere nearby.

Ideally looking for a newer or well-maintained place with: • Utilities included or reasonably priced • In-unit washer & dryer • Appliances included • Cat-friendly 🐈 • Clean and modern/well-kept unit

I work regularly, I’m clean, respectful, and pretty easygoing. I do have a cat, so you’d have to be comfortable living with one.

Looking for someone who is also working, responsible, clean, and respectful. We can look at places together and find something that works for both of our budgets.
