I’m a quiet, respectful and responsible tenant looking for a long-term room. I’m not currently employed, but I have stable income through ODSP and can reliably pay rent.

I’m generally quiet and spend most of my free time at home gaming, watching movies/videos, and relaxing. I keep shared spaces clean, respect other people’s privacy and prefer a peaceful living environment.

I’m looking for a room around $600–$700/month, preferably with utilities included. I’m interested in finding a place where I can stay long-term and be a respectful, low-maintenance roommate.

Ideally, I’d like access to wired Ethernet for my desktop PC and a safe place to charge my e-bike. These are important considerations for me when choosing a place.
