I’m a 40-year-old magazine editor and comedy instructor looking for a calm, stable, long-term home in Vancouver. I’m quiet, clean and considerate, and I value clear communication and respect for shared spaces. I work from home one day a week and am usually at the office during the day. I also teach improv and sketch comedy with Blind Tiger, so I’m often out in the evenings and occasionally on weekends.

I’m friendly and social—and professionally required to be at least a little funny—but I’m an introvert at heart and perfectly happy doing my own thing. I’m well past my party-house era and prefer a relaxed home where everyone can recharge. I don’t have pets, but I love animals and would happily live with them. I’m hoping to find a respectful, easy-going household that feels comfortable and genuinely stable, ideally for at least a year.
