Hi, I’m Ty! I’m 23 and just moved to Edmonton from Australia, so I’m still getting settled, currently looking for place to live here. I’m down to earth and pretty easygoing when it comes to home life. I don’t smoke, do drugs, or anything like that.

I’m not around 24/7 since I’ll be busy with work and getting my life set up here, but when I am home, I don’t mind chatting and catching up if you’re around too. I’m not big on filling every moment with conversation, though I’m just as happy keeping to myself.

I’m not a party person, so you won’t have to worry about noise, crowds, or a chaotic common area with me. I like keeping things clean and respectful, and I think a good living situation comes down to giving each other space when needed and being friendly when the timing’s right.
