Hey!! My name is Kawiria and I’m a 23-year-old woman looking for a clean, affordable living situation and good vibes. I’ve lived with different roommates over the past 5 years, so I’m more than happy to adjust and cohabitate. I don’t party, don’t smoke or do drugs, and have no pets. I value neatness where I live and actually enjoy cleaning / doing chores.
I stay busy and I have a lot of creative hobbies and active interests. Along with being an undergrad student and working as a Swim Instructor in BC, I’m a professional voice actress for TV / cartoons / video games. Because of my work in voiceover I would set up my own mini recording studio in my bedroom wherever I live next, but I will ensure I am respectful and not constantly being loud in there.
