I’m a writer, artist, filmmaker, and musician who also works part-time driving tour buses. I’m friendly and creative, and I enjoy being social but also really value my own space and quiet time. I keep my home clean and am respectful of other people’s space and shared areas.

I’ve been living in a semi-collective home for the past five years, so I’m very comfortable with shared-house living and the balance between community and having your own space. I’m looking for a warm, friendly place where I can settle in for the long term. I work part-time outside the home and spend much of the rest of my time working on my creative projects. I like a relatively peaceful home, although I’m not looking for complete silence — I enjoy listening to music and having a little life around me.

I’m a non-smoker, don’t use drugs, have no pets, and can provide a reference from my current housemate/landlord. I’d be happy to tell you more about myself and would love to see the space!
