I am a quiet and friendly very easy going white 60 year old man from p.e.i. I am rarely at home usually at a friend’s watching sports. I am not gay myself but am a people lover and judge no one and accept and respect all people. I do enjoy my beer and an occasional joint. I work in racking -which is sometimes daily but can have slow times - and am now collecting my canada pension so rent is not a problem.. I can provide character and employment references . My current landlord is moving into a retirement residence . I was given almost no notice so am actively looking. I have lived in the ‘A’ section for years and as I do not drive and my friends live here -I would very much like to find something in this area -walkable to my friends who live on Alexandria Crescent, Albion Crescent, Avondale etc. My friend Michelle is helping me look and I’m using her email address etc.as she is better at internet browsing etc. Thanks so much and I am hoping to find something. I have looked at several places and was disappointed. They were run - down and had multiple boarders crammed into small homes that were unkempt. Like shabby rooming houses . I’m hoping to find something not as cramped that is better maintained with friendly people. Thanks again, Larry
