I am looking for a few flat mates, so together we can afford a reasonable apartment. My current lease is ending this month; looking from October 1st. I don’t mind what you are doing in your room, so long as it is not loud when I am sleeping…

A bit about myself: I am a just, reciprocating and honest person. I like to keep working on myself, so a lot of reading, lots of writing, study time… even though I don’t go to school anymore. I’m easy-going, easy on the ears, polite and well-mannered. “There’s no way you’re 22! No 22-year old is THAT put-together” is something I hear a lot. I don’t like taking about myself to others, but in places like these, I sort of have to. Not that these are some very rare qualities, but I take pride in possessing them. I usually maintain my calm in rough situations (that’s what 3 years in Customer Service does to you I guess XD), though let me mention that we all have bad days. I like learning new stuff, and am rather music oriented. You’ll find me practicing guitar (or at least try to), pace the lobby, or mumble to myself a lot, sometimes at odd times. I do go quiet for strangely extended periods, but that’s a thing with me. Like Sherlock Holmes said, it’s best that fellow lodgers know each other’s short comings beforehand. And yes, I am an avid reader of Holmes’s stories. Always down for chatting over a cup of coffee. I like and am very open to have occasional real and deep conversations – makes the environment home-like. Just ask, “Hey man, you up for a coffee chat?”
