Hi, I’m Adam. I’m 33 and currently working full-time. I’m a clean, quiet, respectful, and responsible person who enjoys a peaceful and comfortable home environment. I’m pretty easygoing and considerate of the people I live with. I don’t smoke or party, and I’m respectful of other people’s space, privacy, and schedules. I take good care of where I live and always try to keep things clean, tidy, and organized.

Outside of work, I’m fairly laid-back and enjoy keeping things simple. I’m happy to be friendly and get to know my roommates, but I also value everyone having their own space.

I’m looking for a nice, clean, and peaceful place with respectful people and a comfortable living environment. I’m responsible with rent and communication and would treat the home as if it were my own.
