and working part-time. I’m a quiet, clean, respectful, and easygoing person. I enjoy having my own space, but I’m also social and friendly and like getting to know the people I live with.

I’m looking to move out and gain some independence while continuing with school and work. Safety is very important to me, so I’m looking for a safe, comfortable, and respectful living environment where I can feel at home. I’m responsible with rent and household responsibilities and always do my part to keep shared spaces clean.

I’m hoping to find somewhere around $500–$600 per month, as I’m currently a part-time student and work part-time. I don’t currently have a car, so I’d ideally like somewhere accessible to public transportation or within reasonable distance of stores and other amenities.

I’m also hoping to find a place where it’s okay for me to have my friends over sometimes, while still being respectful of my roommates and the house rules. I’m not someone who throws parties or has people over constantly. If I’m not home, I’m usually either at work, at school, or spending time with friends. I’m especially social on weekends, and most weekends I’ll probably be staying at a friend’s house, so I won’t always be around.

I would preferably be more comfortable living with female roommates, but I’m open to living with a male roommate as well. If I do live with a male roommate, it’s important to me that my personal space and boundaries are respected and that I feel safe and comfortable in the home.

I’ll also be bringing my own bed frame, mattress, and everything I need for my room, so I’m happy with an unfurnished room.

Overall, I’m hoping to find a safe, friendly, and respectful place where I can have some independence while balancing school, work, and my social life. 😊
