Hi, I’m Michael and I’m looking for a room in Saskatoon, preferably not too far from the university and downtown. I work as a cook and a professional cleaner. I am trying to get back to the U of S to study geology, awaiting a response on some documents: aiming to start in winter or spring. I am a good cook, clean, hygienic, quiet, and friendly. I like books, videogames, movies/tv shows, nature, and history. I am a superb conversationalist. I do solo volunteer work in my community to pick up garbage door-to-door and have done this for 2 years.

I don’t smoke tobacco or cannabis, but I am fine with a place where cannabis is consumed. I don’t have any pets, but I don’t mind them.

I am looking to move in by November or December of this year. I have limited furniture (bookshelf, dresser), so I would prefer a furnished room, but I can manage if it isn’t.

My price range is $400 to $700. I would prefer to not be subletting and pay rent directly to the landlord. Preference for any place that includes utilities and wifi in the rental price.

I might be also looking to bring my current roommate along if two rooms are available, though he is still thinking. So the default is just me for now.
