Hey! I’m actually looking for someone to rent the studio unit across from mine starting around October 1st.

It’s a private studio, so you’d have your own living/sleeping space and kitchenette. The only thing we would share is the 3-piece bathroom between the two units. There’s also shared laundry in the basement.

The rent is $1,150/month all-inclusive, including utilities and internet. The unit doesn’t have a balcony.

I’m looking for a clean, respectful and responsible roommate, preferably a girl, but I’m also open to a clean and respectful guy. One important thing is that I have a cat, so you’d need to be comfortable living with a cat.

Since we’d be sharing the bathroom, I’m mainly looking for someone who is clean, considerate, quiet/respectful, and easy to live with. I’m also a non-smoker, so ideally looking for the same.
