Looking for a Furnished Room — May first 2027🏠

Hi! I’m looking for a furnished room with utilities included, available for the beginning of May next year.

A little about me:

I currently work two jobs, so I’m usually very busy. When I’m not working, I’m generally at home studying, relaxing, or spending time with my Persian cat — she’s a little princess. 🐱

I’m a quiet, easygoing and introverted person. I’m not very talkative and I really value having a peaceful and comfortable home. I’m also clean and organized and have regular daily and weekly routines for cleaning, laundry, and keeping the house tidy.

I cook most of the time (probably around 80%) and I genuinely enjoy cooking and sharing food with the people I live with. I’m respectful of shared spaces and always clean up after myself.

Why I’m moving: I’m looking to reduce my monthly expenses so I can save money to visit my home country for about a month or so. During that time, my rent would still be paid by me, so there would be no issue with rent while I’m away.

What I’m looking for: • Furnished private room • Utilities included • Available May 1st 2027 • A quiet and clean home • Ideally only one other person living in the house/apartment — I’m not looking for a place with multiple roommates • Cat-friendly 🐱
