I’m helping a 19-year-old woman look into possible housing options.

She would be open to either renting an available room or potentially connecting with another person who is also looking for a place and may be interested in finding something together.

She is employed, very quiet, clean and respectful. No pets, no smoking and no drugs. She also has references available if needed.

Move-in date is flexible and could be earlier or later depending on what is available. She doesn’t currently have a vehicle, so location is somewhat important.

She is looking for somewhere she can stay longer term, not a short-term rental.
