Hi, I’m Dan Hinton and I’m looking for a place in Ajax with a budget of $800 per month. I’m on ODSP so rent can be directly deposited every month without fail. I’m currently in negotiations with the Ministry of social services to implement an app that I have developed and they have promised that it is so effective they intend to fast track it into implementation. I keep to myself, I’m clean tidy, non-smoker, quiet I use an electric bike so no parking required, I’m easy to get along with and respectful and keep normal hours.
