I’m an ex-tech worker who’s been teaching meditation and breathwork the past 5 years. I’ve just finished up a masters in Psychology in the UK and am moving to Vancouver to (hopefully) start a PhD in the coming years! Big lover of the ocean and mountains - whether diving, running or skiing, being closer to the wilderness and it’s beauty is super exciting for me!
