Hi, I’m Ashley and I’m looking for a place in Vancouver, preferably the downtown or Mt. Pleasant area, with a budget of $1,250 per month.

I work part-time/on-call as a construction safety officer and advanced first aid attendant, usually my hours are full-time hours though depending on the job placement. Right now I’m working 7:30am-3:30pm in Coquitlam, for at least another month.

I’m also a part-time student at VCC taking academic upgrading courses (math and biology) in hopes of becoming a psychiatric nurse at KPU in the future.

I enjoy hiking, thrift shopping, baking, going to the gym/yoga/pilates, the beach or the lake, hanging out with friends, trying new coffee shops and pizza places, and I’m sure a couple other things I can’t think of at this moment. I’m looking for a room to call my own, within a clean and tidy shared space. Cleanliness is important to me and it would be cool if it was important to you too :) I pick up after myself and I’m never late on rent, I enjoy talking with my roommates but also my alone time. I’m easy going and laid back, and I’m also clean and sober but it doesn’t bother me when others aren’t so feel free to indulge responsibly.
