Hi everyone! My name is Dean and I’m looking for a place on the North shore but I am open to other locations in Vancouver if the situation is a good fit.

My ideal place is a furnished private room, preferably in a house with a private or ensuite bath, and has parking for one vehicle plus storage space for a few large totes and a bicycle.

I do freelance and contract work (in very public-facing, responsible jobs) so my work days can be inconsistent but my income is dependable. I keep my shared spaces very clean and organized and I am very respectful of people’s privacy.

I am a mature, clean, quiet, substance-free, easygoing and respectful guy and I consider myself a great roommate and easy to get along with. I enjoy good coffee, cooking, and just about anything related to health, fitness and nutrition. Your pets are very welcome in my world too!
