Hi, I’m David and I’m looking for a place in the Duncan area with a budget of $700 per month. I am quiet, like cooking my own meals. I would like a room with a bathroom, but I am quite prepared to share. I don’t do drugs and I’m not interested in sharing with someone who does. I enjoy a beer or glass of wine once in a while, but I’m not a drunk. I love animals and would prefer a place on an acreage, not too close to any busy roads. I prefer to be quiet and have no interest in loud music or people. My music tastes are classical and jazz, and I like to read. I’m a Christian, ( Anglican), & attend church fairly regularly. I recently had a knee replacement, so am not very mobile right now, so I would prefer a place with no stairs.
