Hi, I’m Mehran. I’m a physician by training and I work as a Clinical Assistant at a family medicine clinic in Newmarket. I’m studying for my Canadian licensing exams, so I’m out most days — either at work or at the library. I’m looking for a room in Newmarket or Aurora, Budget up to $900/month all-inclusive, with parking for one car. I’d also need to bring my own mattress. I’m quiet, clean, non-smoking, no pets, and I keep regular hours. I cook and I go to the gym. I’m looking for a relaxed, open-minded household — friendly, but where everyone respects each other’s privacy. Somewhere I can have a friend over now and then without it being a thing. Happy to provide an employment letter, recent pay stubs and references.
