Hi everyone! My name is Abigail Kelly, and I’m a full-time working professional in hospitality and healthcare support. I’m looking for a clean and comfortable room in Northwest Calgary. My budget is $800–$1,000 per month, preferably with utilities included and convenient access to public transit.

I’m calm, respectful, responsible and very tidy. I don’t smoke, I have no pets, and I would be the only person occupying the room. I value cleanliness, privacy and a peaceful living environment. I keep my room and shared spaces clean, respect household rules, and remain considerate of the people around me.

I have stable employment and can provide proof of employment, references and the required deposit. I’m looking for a safe and welcoming place that I can respectfully treat as my home, preferably for the long term.
