Hi, I’m Ola and I’m moving to Toronto from New York City in October. I will continue working hybrid in the Toronto office of the same company I worked for in the U.S.

Looking to share a 2bed 2bath + den with another woman in her late 20s/early or mid 30s with a budget of $1,500 each month (flexible for the right place). I’d like a place with lots of light, spacious and preferably including amenities like a gym! A balcony would be a nice to have!

• I’m looking for someone who is kind, clean and considerate of shared spaces. Pays rent on time, has experience living with others and communicates well.

• I’d love for us to co-create a warm friendly vibe in our space. I’ve become friends with majority of my roommates in the past and would be open to that! e.g I’d be down to binge watch a show together sometime or grocery shop together once in a while. I’m a somewhat social introvert so I enjoy a good side quest but also value my personal space to recharge!

• I love to take dance classes in my free time, go on long walks, go to intimate concerts, attend book clubs, try out restaurants and coffee shops and take yoga/workout classes.

• I’m queer (currently single lol) but would prefer someone who is queer friendly!
