Hello, I am a 45 year old mature, honest Christian woman. I do not smoke, I do not drink, I do not do drugs, nor do I wish to be around it. Looking to rent with other like minded Christians.

I am looking for a private room in Peterborough to rent long-term in a safe neighbourhood (not downtown), close to bus stops, and shopping amenities.

I would require access to laundry facilities, the use of kitchen and kitchen facilities, use of the living and dining room.

I would need a lock on the bedroom door to ensure my privacy and hopefully some space for storage.

The room would need to be in a house. I cannot manage many stairs, so if possible for the room to be on the main level. It must be bug free.

I am always on time with my rent and am respectful, responsible, clean and organized.

I can only afford $625 all incl

I do pray, and sing worship.
