Hi, I’m Ruslan and my partner and I are looking for a place in Toronto with a budget of $1,450 per month.

We’re a quiet professional couple who are tidy, respectful and easy to live with. We don’t smoke, we don’t drink alcohol, and we have no pets and no car. We’re quiet, decent, God-fearing people who keep shared spaces clean and pay rent on time. We both work, so we’re usually out during the day and quiet in the evenings.

We’re hoping to move in on October 1 (or as soon as possible), ideally somewhere within easy reach of downtown by TTC or bike. We cycle, so secure indoor or locked storage for two bicycles would be a big plus.
