Description

I’m Swapnil. I’m moving to Toronto for a new full-time job in the Financial District, and I’m looking for a private room. I’m looking for a furnished room in a shared apartment/house, preferably above ground, with access to the kitchen and laundry. I’m flexible with the area as long as it’s within roughly a 30-45 minute commute to the Financial District. Being close to TTC, GO Transit or UP Express would be a plus. My budget is $800-$1000/month depending on the place. I’m looking to move in by September 29 or October 1. I’d prefer month-to-month, but I’m also open to a 6-month lease. I’m male, clean, quiet and respectful of shared spaces. I don’t smoke and don’t party. I’m non-vegetarian. I can provide proof of employment/income and references if needed.
