I’m a small business owner in e-commerce, financially stable, and recently separated after a 7-year relationship. I’m looking for a new place starting November 1st, ideally close to Square One in Mississauga.

My first preference is a 1-bedroom condo around $2,000/month, but I’m also open to sharing a condo with the right roommate for around $1,200/month, preferably a female roommate. If sharing, having my own private bathroom is important to me.

A guaranteed parking spot is a must. In-unit laundry is preferred, although laundry within the condo building can work as well.

A little about me: I enjoy running, traveling, and spontaneous plans and experiences. I’m independent, responsible, respectful of shared spaces, and easygoing. I’m looking for a roommate who is mature, clean, responsible, considerate, and easy to live with.
