Hi! I’m Tom, 26, originally from the UK and recently moved to Vancouver. I’m currently working as a rope access technician and looking for a longer-term place to call home while I settle into Canada.

I’m friendly, clean, respectful and pretty easy-going. I enjoy getting outdoors, hiking, travelling, music and exploring new places around Vancouver. I’m also into practical and creative work, and spend a lot of my time working on projects or keeping active.

I’m sociable and always happy to have a chat or grab a beer together, but I also appreciate having my own space and understand the importance of being respectful of other people’s routines. I’m tidy, considerate with shared spaces and looking for a relaxed, friendly household rather than just somewhere to sleep.

Ideally, I’m looking for a furnished room from around mid-October, preferably with a longer-term arrangement, although I’m flexible depending on the place and location.
