Hi, I’m Talisha I’m looking for someone to take over my room starting around mid-November, long term, in a bright 5 1/2 apartment in Hochelaga.

We’re ideally looking for a woman in her 20s, working, clean, respectful, queer friendly

Rent: $740 Utilities: around $70 for Wi-Fi, hydro and tenant insurance Total: around $810/month, a little more in winter

About the apartment: Bright 5 1/2, first floor, balcony, shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. Fridge, stove, washer, dryer and AC included. The room will be unfurnished.

Location: 📍 Hochelaga 🟢 About 2 minutes from Préfontaine metro 🚲 Bixi nearby 🚌 Bus 29, 85 and 125 Close to parks, cafés, grocery stores, gym and thrift stores.

No pets allowed.
