A bit about my daily rhythm: 30+ minutes of exercise and 67+ minutes of meditation, every day, without fail. I read self-help books for fun, and I hold a BSc in Computer Science, which I’m glad to put to use for anyone in the household who could use a hand with tech. I also bring an emotional-coaching practice I’ve developed, helping people work through emotional pain in around 21 minutes — something I enjoy offering to housemates and friends.
As a current landlord in Surrey, I understand both sides of a good tenancy: clear communication, mutual respect, and a home that runs smoothly for everyone. I’m a calm, disciplined, and considerate presence — pet-free, non-smoker, and easy to live with.
