Room A — $999/month single · $1,299/month couple

Room B — $779 unfurnished · $859 furnished

• Top floor, 82 sq ft, ceiling fan
• Bathroom shared with one other quiet professional
• Furnished option adds a Bed, Desk and Rolling chair

Both rooms include all utilities and 1500 Mbps Wi-Fi.

Two things worth knowing before you write

• Scent-free cooking. I have a severe scent sensitivity, so the kitchen stays free of strong aromatics — no heavy frying and no pungent spices. Simple cooking and meal prep suit this house well, around an hour a day. Roommates who eat simply are happiest here.
• Clean as you go. Wipe the counter and wash your dishes right after you eat. That single habit keeps the whole house peaceful.
• One overnight guest per week works fine.

The Landlord: The owner lives on-site (working from home in Finance) and actively manages the property to ensure a safe, peaceful “Sanctuary” environment for everyone.
