Hi, I’m AJ. I’m separated and going through a divorce right now. I am looking for a place around DVP/Lawrence.

I’m a single dad and my 5-year-old daughter will be staying with me part of the time, so I’m looking for a comfortable, respectful home environment. I’d prefer a female roommate, ideally someone working, mature and easygoing.

I’m clean and hygienic, a good cook, respectful of shared spaces and reliable with rent.

I’m not bothered by normal clutter or someone not being “super clean.” Hygiene is the important part for me — especially keeping shared kitchen and bathroom areas reasonably clean. Cat-friendly. I’m also 420-friendly, but never when my daughter is around. Ideally looking for someone who is comfortable living with a dad and having a young child in the home part-time.
