Damien here - looking for a roommate or a place for Nov 1st. Ideally close to downtown (currently in the Fort York area which I’ve been enjoying or even Liberty Village would be great). Trying to cap personal budget to ~$1500-$1600

Bit about me - young professional in the Life Sciences industry (work remote so usually wfh or cafes), try to stay active, love exploring and seeking new experiences, love meeting new people, bit of a nerd and a sucker for deep/ interesting convos, easygoing, reliable (pay my stuff on time; keep common areas clean; no mystery dishes), and the type of roommate that’s down to clown and hang out while also respecting the need for peace and quiet when needed.
