Hi, I’m Jess! I just moved from Winnipeg and I’m looking for a place in downtown Toronto with a budget of $1,300 per month. I love working out, pilates/yoga, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, exploring the city, and having a good mix of social time and relaxing at home.

I’m respectful of shared spaces and pretty tidy, and I really value good communication and a peaceful home environment. I’m independent and have my own routine, but I’d love to live with someone who’s also down to occasionally grab dinner, go for a workout, or explore the city together 😊
