Hi, I’m Kimia and I’m looking for a place in Waterloo with a budget of around $1,200/month (January - April 2027, Winter term). I’m a third-year grad student, so I’m usually pretty busy with school and spend a lot of time studying. I’m pretty quiet, easygoing, and respectful of shared spaces. I don’t have any pets and I don’t smoke. I like keeping my place clean and tidy, and I’m pretty considerate about noise and giving everyone their own space.

Outside of school, I like watching shows, baking, crocheting, and hanging out with friends. I’m definitely social and friendly, but I’m not someone who’s constantly having people over or throwing parties. I’m looking for a comfortable, respectful place where everyone can get along and feel at home!
